Comics will compete for five weeks, with the winners of Clash of the Champions on 2/21/2012 rewarded with:
First Place $1800 cash and prizes
Second Place $500 cash and prizes
Third Place $100 cash and prizes
Winners of each clash will be determined by three judges and audience participation
